The building has an area of 528m2 and has been completely renovated. CO2 emissions in the construction phase were calculated through the ecômetro LCA® tool and a minimisation strategy was contemplated. The final carbon footprint has been 196 tonnes of CO2 (364 KgCO2eq/m2) that were compensated through the Community Reforestation "CommuniTree" initiative. The building has been designed with high energy efficiency and PassiveHaus standards. All heating and cooling consumptions are electrified and demand is covered by 100% renewable energy.

The building has an area of 3,300m2. CO2 emissions in the construction phase were calculated through the ecômetro LCA® tool and a minimization strategy was contemplated. The final footprint has been 1,270 tons of CO2 (385 KgCO2eq/m2), which has been offset in three projects. A reforestation project in Spain, a conservation project in Kenya and a renewable energy project in Namibia. The building's heating demand is 10KWhm2.a and the cooling demand of 15Kwh/m2.a. Energy consumption is fully electrified and demand is covered by 100% renewable energy, with 30KW of solar panels on site and a contract with a renewable energy cooperative.

It is a building of 1004 m2 that has been renovated with sustainability criteria. CO2 emissions in the construction phase were calculated through the ecômetro LCA® tool and a minimisation strategy was contemplated. The final carbon footprint has been of 124tn CO2 (124KgCO2/m2), a fairly small figure given the surface of the building. In addition, the building does not emit CO2 in its use and has offset its carbon footprint, during the construction phase, through a reforestation program in Nicaragua. The air conditioning system is evaporative, more environmentally friendly than traditional refrigeration systems, which use chlorofluorocarbon gases (CFCs). The power supply is 100% renewable..

The project was carried out by architecture studio Satt Triple Balance. It is an office of 237 m2. CO2 emissions in the construction phase have been calculated through the ecômetro LCA® tool and a minimisation strategy was contemplated. The final carbon footprint of 66 tons of CO2 (278KgCO2eq/m2) was compensated through ECODES CeroCO2 program. In addition, low-impact materials (e.g. cellulose insulation, natural cork, FSC wood) were used and all energy consuming processes were electrified. Energy demand was 100% covered by renewable energy.
