Triodos Bank's CO2Nulo office in Malaga

The project was carried out by architecture studio Satt Triple Balance. It is an office of 237 m². CO₂ emissions in the construction phase have been calculated through the ecômetro LCA® tool and a minimisation strategy was contemplated. The final carbon footprint of 66 tons of CO₂ (278KgCO2eq/m²) was compensated through ECODES CeroCO₂ program. In addition, low-impact materials (e.g. cellulose insulation, natural cork, FSC wood) were used and all energy consuming processes were electrified. Energy demand was 100% covered by renewable energy.
